Raipur can be reached by any means of transport from Dhaka via Comilla Laksam to Dhaka-Raipur. You can get off at Raipur bus stand and come to Raipur upazila by renting a rickshaw for 20 rupees. The Upazila Information and Communication Technology Office is located on the 2nd floor of the Upazila Parishad building.
